Traceless is a start-up founded by Dr. Anne Lamp and Johanna Baare in 2020. It turns agricultural plant waste into the novel biomaterial Traceless® in the form of pellets. These pellets are supplied to manufacturers, who use them to produce items and packaging, such as single-use cutlery. The company is inspired by the Cradle-to-Cradle® approach, aiming to design products that are either biodegradable or fully recyclable. The research question guiding the analysis of this poster is: What are the key factors that contribute to the success of a sustainable business entering an emerging market? The critical analysis will be conducted using the sustainable business model canvas developed by Gerlach, alongside Stewart's SWOT analysis. This scientific poster was created to visually emphasise the main aspects of the analysis and to summarise the key findings.
