Abstract
Management Studies is dedicated to publishing original academic research in management, aiming to enhance understanding of managerial issues without restrictions on topics, research methods, or national settings. The journal emphasizes methodological rigour and state-of-the-art methods, inviting innovative and unconventional papers that provide clear practical and theoretical contributions. It maintains a high standard through a rigorous single-blind peer-review process, utilizing at least two external reviewers to ensure quality. Management Studies adopts a liberal copyright policy, granting non-exclusive rights to publish while allowing authors to reuse their work, underlining the journal's commitment to balancing academic rigour, innovativeness, and relevance and facilitating a contemporary, interactive research exchange through its modern structure and peer-review system.
